SRJC Graduation is May 23 and that means it's time to celebrate your achievement in style. The Bookstore is your destination for all your graduation regalia (caps, gowns, tassels, etc) as well as graduation announcements, diploma frames, graduation cards, floral leis, and other items to make your special day memorable! Here's everything you need to know:
- Time and Location: Graduation is May 23, 2009 at 10:00 AM at the John Surryhne Outdoor Stage download PDF map . Reception to follow immediately. The Bookstore will be open Graduation Day from 9:30 AM to 12:00PM for all your last minute celebratory needs, such as disposable cameras, floral leis, drinks, snacks, graduation cards, and more, but please do not plan on purchasing your Graduation Regalia on Graduation Day, as we may not have it in stock. Graduation items must be purchased in advance so we can ensure we have your size and have time to get the necessary information to Admissions and Records.
Graduation items available are available now to purchase at the Santa Rosa Campus store.

How to purchase: Visit the Santa Rosa Bookstore location only in person to order your graduation items. When you visit the Bookstore to purchase regalia, we will look up your information on the graduates list from Admissions and Records. You will be allowed to purchase the appropriate regalia based upon the information on this list. Any discrepancies must be resolved at Admissions and Records. Once we find you on the list, you must complete the SRJC Graduation Identification Card to purchase your cap and gown. Be sure to fill this out and return it to the Bookstore clerk. These ID cards will be used to announce your name at the ceremony. Your ID cards will be returned to you on Graduation Day by Admissions and Records as you check in. (If you have not filled one out, be sure to do so.) Students will be asked to keep ID cards with them as they form lines along the west side of Garcia (double file) in lines extending from the Garcia Hall doorway south toward Tauzer Gym.
