Commencement Tickets
This year, the Commencement ceremony will be held on May 24, 2025 at Bailey Field on the Santa Rosa campus. There will be limited seating due to the stadium seating capacity. All guests must have a ticket to attend the Commencement ceremony. Regalia will be available for purchase at your SRJC Bookstores beginning April 21, 2025. Each graduate is eligible to receive up to four (4) tickets.

If you are ordering your regalia set online, please include the number of tickets you are originally requesting (up to max 4 tickets) in the Comment Box during Checkout. Please note that your original request (up to max 4) will be fulfilled and packaged with your order.

Regalia (Cap, Gown, and Tassel)
Graduating students who wish to participate in Commencement ceremonies are required to wear Santa Rosa Junior College regalia.
The regalia set may be purchased at your Santa Rosa and Petaluma Campus Bookstore beginning April 21, 2025. Your SRJC Student ID Number is required when purchasing your regalia. Please check your student portal or with the A&R Evaluations office regarding your degree status, if you have any questions. If you have finished your degree requirements and have not submitted a degree application for review, please meet with a counselor who can assist you in submitting your degree application. The last day to RSVP/sign up for participation to the Commencement ceremony is May 16, 2025.

If you are ordering your regalia set on our website, you must include your Full Name, Student ID, and number of commencement guest tickets you want (up to maximum of 4) in the comment box during Checkout. Online orders will only be fulfilled if you include this required information. Orders may be delayed or cancelled for lack of information regarding student information and ticket request. Your Commencement tickets will be packaged with your order.

Faculty and Staff Regalia Ordering
To rent your regalia for Commencement, please email Andre Jimenez, SRJC Bookstore Director, at ajimenez2@santarosa.edu no later than May 3, 2025. Please provide the following information: First Name, Last Name, Cap Size, Height, Highest Degree Earned (Associate, Bachelor, Master, Doctor), School Name/Campus, City and State of School.
